Sales Tax
Goods shipped out of Canada are shipped TAX exempt.
Tax rates on goods shipped within Canada:
NS (15%), NL, NB, ON (13%), BC (12%), AB, SK, MB, QC, PE, NT, NU, YT will be charged at 5%.

Warranties
New items sold by us have 1 year warranties unless otherwise stated.
Used items have 90 day warranties unless otherwise stated.

Order Tracking
When goods are shipped we will supply the tracking information by e-mail.

Goods Damaged in Transit
Carefully unpack and inspect all merchandise.
If you feel a parcel has been damaged or tampered with in transit contact us immediately upon receipt.
Do not
throw away any of the packing materials until the shipping company has a chance to inspect the order
and until the problem is resolved.

Hours of Operation
We do not maintain a store.
Visiting Harry's is allowed by appointment only
from 9 AM till 5 PM Monday through Friday.

Returns and Exchanges of New Equipment
Returns of new equipment are subject to a minimum 20% restocking fee.
Please select your purchases carefully.
Once your purchase arrives use extreme care opening it.
Goods must be returned in perfect condition. Use a ruler to gently pry boxes open.
Returns with missing or damaged packaging may be rejected.
Special Order items are not usually returnable except with our prior approval.
Orders must be returned prepaid by the sender.
Prior to returning any item, YOU MUST contact us for pre-approval.
In the case of buyer's remorse or returns where an item has been paid for by Credit Card or by Pay Pal there will be a cancellation fee equal to
the expences charged to us by the credit issuing company.
In the case of Visa and MC the fee is 4%.
In the case of PayPal the fee is 6%.

Consignments
Consignments are an economical way for you to sell your items. Our fee is 30% of realized value. Consignments are sold with a 3 month warranty. You as consignor are responsible for the warranty. If eBay is used
the consignor is responsible for 4% eBay listing fees.

Returns and Exchanges of Used Equipment
Satisfaction is guaranteed on used equipment.
Orders must be returned prepaid by the sender within 7 days of receipt.
Prior to returning any item, please contact us for pre-approval.

Requests to Hold Items
All items remain available for sale until paid for on a first come basis.

International Orders
Orders placed by credit card will usually be billed on the day of shipping.
Currency rates are subject to fluctuation so please consult our currency converter
located at the top of every page. Credit Card companies charge end users a currency conversion fee, usually 2% of the value of your purchase.
